Material appearing on this website does not form part of any contract entered into by Hybrid Antibody Technology Ltd. The wording of a contract entered into by Hybrid Antibody Technology Ltd shall stand alone as showing what has been agreed upon and shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of Hong Kong unless specifically directed to the contrary by a court in another jurisdiction having valid grounds and rights to do so. Subject to that stipulation, any agreement between Hybrid Antibody Technology Ltd and any other party shall be interpreted according to the plain meaning of the English language in a spirit of perfect good faith, without regard to legalistic language, prevarication or formality, and any disagreement between Hybrid Antibody Technology Ltd and a contracting party shall be determined within two calendar months of appointment by an arbitrator to be appointed by agreement between the parties or failing that by the Court in Hong Kong.
Trademarks
The following are trademarks of Hybrid Antibody Technology Limited:
A symbol combining the letters C and h, and the word CANCHURE, extending to the use of any fonts and whether or not upper case C and lower case h appear together as separate letters or in combination in one symbol.
The word (or combination of letters) HAT, extending to the use of any fonts and specifically where all three letters appear together in one symbol wherein the letter A appears between the raised ‘arms’ of the uppercase letter H and the letter T between the dependent ‘legs’ of the uppercase letter H, or vice versa.
A logo based on the Yin--Yang diagram, specifically if locally-relevant words appear within the opposing segments of the diagram, and especially wherein the word(s) in one segment is (are) not directly reflected in the other segment, is a trademark of Hybrid Antibody Technology Ltd.
The word cobody, the hyphenated word co-body and any variants in which one or more letters, or marks of punctuation or differentiation are used to replace the hyphen. They may be used, in good faith, in non-commercial settings, but in a commercial setting only when referring to products of Hybrid Antibody Technology Ltd or its licensees.
