Licensing
The company offers licences subject to contract whereby the other parties secure rights to use of all relevant intellectual property already discovered or that may become available to the company by whatever means and also that may become available to Professor T.R.C. Boyde or his heirs or assigns, by whatever means, with no restriction save incapacity, limited to purposes that will be defined in the wording, and for periods of time and geographical areas also to be defined in the wording.
Licences will be offered for sale by auction unless previously sold by private treaty.
The first to be offerred will be for the use of co-bodies in tests of whatever kind to detect bacteria of the genus Campylobacter, worldwide.
